San Bernardo

The whole population of San Bernardo, men, women and children, are adepts in this art.

In fact San Bernardo was already at the end of the lane, and actually in the river itself.

This island of San Bernardo is uninhabited, divided into four or five hummocks, and all the rest submerged.

Two of the oldest churches are those of Merced and of San Bernardo.

This was done, and the mountain thus acquired its modern name of Monte San Bernardo.
