The department stated that I had lied and made up the report that XXXX had kicked the suspect.
XXXX is the same officer investigated for witness tampering.
While cuffing the suspect, (XXXX), XXXX kicked the suspect twice in the chest and once in the face.
XXXX was also demoted from a senior lead officer rank/position for performance issues.
